Hi Yogis,
I’m very excited to share a vinyasa class I just filmed with you!
This is a well-rounded practice with focus on splits and side body which will prepare the body for such challenging asanas as visvamitrasana and extended camel. We will be working on arm balances, backbends and hips too!
Even though it’s a challenging class, I always invite you to modify what’s needed and try new things. If you never try it – you’ll never get it!
Expect a full-length 80 minute practice with a nice cool down and savasana.
