Yoga
Expect to deepen your practice in all possible ways! I have a lot to offer and always happy to help you reaching your milestones in your journey! We will practice breathwork, vinyasa and restorative/yin daily which makes it a very balanced experience. I also offer 2 workshops during this week – the theme will depend on your requests.
At the same time, I perfectly know that we all have different rhythms and life seasons and will never force anyone to take all classes of the week.

This is a retreat, not a training!
Daily Rhythm
We usually start the day with 30 minutes of energizing pranayama followed by challenging and creative vinyasa flow. This is a strong class but I offer lots of modifications that makes it accessible to everyone.
After practice we have a large and delicious breakfast and free time to digest, enjoy the pool or anything you need at the moment.
Then we will either go on adventure or do a workshop.
And to wrap up the day, you will fully relax in restorative or yin class watching the sunset!
Now, you are ready for the dinner with your new and old friends!

Adventures
YES, we will fly a hot air balloon overlooking Atlas Mountains – and it is included in price! Moreover, it’s going to be a full experience including a traditional breakfast and guidance. You will never forget this trip!
We will also ride camels because why would you go to the desert if you don’t ride a camel?
Full day trip to Marrakesh will be another highlight of this trip!
Payment schedule:
$600 non-refundable deposit is required to lock in the price and reserve your spot;
50% of the balance is expected by March 5th, 2025;
Remaining balance is expected by July 5th, 2025.
