Bali is one of my favorite places on Earth and I invite you to immerse in the vibrance of this one-of-a-kind island, where modern life organically blends with ancient Balinese culture.

This retreat combines a variety of yoga classes and breathwork designed to help you feel comfortable in your body and elevate your well-being, surfing at the world’s best waves, as well as amazing adventures I picked specially for you!

Spend a week full of yoga, surfing and connection with like-minded people, all with the most amazing views.

You don’t have to be a surfer to join this retreat!

In our free time we will be exploring beaches with turquoise water and wild jungles full of monkeys; visit Balinese temples; enjoy top beach clubs and SPA. You will come back home feeling abundant and rejuvenated!

You will spend a week at the luxurious villa hidden in the jungle or overlooking the ocean. Mornings will usually start with pranayama practice to raise the energy and create intention for the day. You will then break sweat during creative vinyasa flow or go for a surf session – it’s never been so easy with a private access to the surf spot of Uluwatu. Afternoon practice will be focused on relaxation and stretching.

Large and delicious brunch and healthy dinner will be served daily at the ocean-view rooftop – unless you choose to have quiet time and arrange your meal at your villa.

Group activities include a sunset session at the tranquil Istana SPA, a visit to one of the most beautiful beach clubs of Bali – One Eighty, and, of course, lots of beach time, surf spots and temples of Bukit area.

Even custom Pyzel surf boards are provided!

Yoga

I’m not going to provide a set schedule for this retreat to keep space for those of us who wants to surf and explore beaches since tides play an important role here.

However, we will definitely do a lot of yoga, including morning pranayama sessions designed to balance our sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and set intention for the day.

Power vinyasa classes and workshops will usually take place in the morning or before lunch. This classes are challenging yet accessible for everyone. I offer creative flows to keep our bodies and minds strong and flexible. We will target different areas of the body but each practice is full-rounded.

I also offer various workshops, such as basic alignment, backbends and arm balances – depending on the group’s requests.

In the afternoon we will get together for a restorative or stretching focused practice to relax after the day.

Surfing

Either you are an advanced surfer or just want to try, there is no better place to surf than Bali. Prepare to get super excited… in this retreat you will have a PRIVATE ACCESS TO ULUWATU SURF SPOTS (Temples and Secrets) which is an absolute luxury!

We will have a group surf lesson and a plenty of time to catch waves on your own. If the swell is too big or too small, it is always possible to drive to a different spot in the same area of the island and find your perfect wave! We do offer a surf guide in Bukit.

In addition, you can use custom Pyzel surfboards during the retreat at no extra charge!

Uluwatu Surf Villas

I took time to visit multiple retreat venues in Bali and once I found Uluwatu Surf Villas, I couldn’t think of hosting this retreat anywhere else.

It is a luxurious cliff front resort located in the most vibrant area of this part of the island. Besides the scenic views, it offers modern and stylish villas; 2 gorgeous outdoor yoga spaces, including the breathtaking ocean front deck; a PRIVATE access to the surf spot and beach; a beautiful restaurant and a spacious main pool.

Please note that if you choose a room at 2 or 3 bedroom villa, you will still share the villa with other people. All prices are per person, in US Dollars.
